Accompanied Home Search Days

With an accompanied Home Search you will benefit from the full home search service including a dedicated pre booked day out with your consultant in which they will drive you by car to the available viewings which will have been chosen and booked based on your criteria and what properties are available and best match. The day may last around 6 or so hours depending on timings and you may see between 4-8 properties again depending on the market and what's available. Additionally, with this service you can enjoy the immediate benefits of the virtual home search assistant from the day you book the service, meaning that you can immediately begin to be sent available relevant options to consider and should you wish to view any of them in advance of your scheduled home search your consultant will arrange these viewings for you. You may then should you choose to, employ your consultant on a pay per view basis to attend a viewing with you or on your behalf. Any offers and negotiations can be handled by your consultant with this service and the contract can be reviewed for you as well.

Virtual Home Search Assistant

With your Virtual Home Search Assistant, you can benefit from an immediate start to your property search from the day you book the search. If time is of the essence and you want to have a professional home search consultant on hand but perhaps do not have the time to book out a whole home search day, this may be the option for you. Your consultant will discuss your requirements and then send the search out to all of the relevant corporate departments covering your geographical areas. From this, you can expect to receive replies the same day with any relevant available options matching your criteria or as close to it as they have available. The options will then be sent on to you to review and if any are of interest your consultant can arrange viewings for you where possible or enquire with any further questions about the properties etc. Additionally, if you are proactive and searching the portals yourself, you will be able to send through links to any properties you have found which are of interest and which you may wish for your consultant to review, find out more about, or to book viewings for. Pay Per View Property Viewings



The Pay Per View Service allows clients to benefit from a consultant attending a property viewing with them, or on their behalf, in situations when they perhaps cannot attend themselves or just want to have a professional second opinion on a property.


This service is often well utilised alongside the Virtual Home Search Assistant when clients are wishing to begin their search from abroad before they have arrived in the UK and are perhaps short on time. It is also very useful when perhaps work or other commitments prevent clients from being able to attend themselves to a viewing of a property they would otherwise be quite confident they will like. Your consultant can take photo's and video's of the property for you wherever permitted and can debrief you on their opinion and appraisal of the property post viewing. Virtual viewings are also possible by live video calls with your consultant whilst using this service.
